The Delhi High Court has said that many people of the younger generation have lost their lives due to covid-19. They should be given priority in vaccination as they are the future of the country but preference is being given to elderly people who have lived most of their lives. However, the High Court also clarified that it is not implying that the life of the elderly is not important, the emotional support extended to the elderly family cannot be ignored.

Justice Sanghi said that in the second wave of covid-19, the younger generation is getting more affected and the vaccine is not available to them. He said, ‘I do not understand the vaccination policy.’

Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi attack the center, told the vaccination policy to be wavering

He said, ‘I cannot say for myself… You have announced a vaccination policy for people aged 18 to 44, but you do not have the vaccine. Why did you make this announcement when you don’t have a vaccine? We need to invest in the future but we are ignoring that.
