Subject:- (i)- If the Taliban can develop a religion (Afghani-Islam) which protects its followers (even against mass scale violence / terrorism), it will be its greatest service to the entire mankind (ii)- The Taliban should take advantage of Prez Biden’s pro-human right intentions & claims in September 21 UNGA speech
–Practically every one including in print and electronic main & social media is talking about economic problems the Taliban will face when it has come in power on August 15. But people don’t realize that the Taliban can not only solve its economic problems but can also benefit entire mankind through Afghani-Islam if leads SAARC rather ‘Federation of Secular Democratic mini-SAARC’ (FSD-MSAARC in first stage of Afghanistan, Pakistan, India and Bangladesh) by launching its Jihadi political party (may be with name ‘Taliban Party of South Asia’, the TPSA) as mentioned below:-
(1)- The people of this region want to live together under some sort of one political system that is why SAARC. It was believed that India would be able to provide leadership to SAARC but it couldn’t because the political leadership of India is dominated not by princely States of pre-partition India but by British Indians who didn’t raise guns (unlike the USA) against Britishers for independence and even preferred trifurcation of motherland. Hence Hindu majority India couldn’t resolve military related problems between SAARC countries and failed (like Kashmir problem) which is a martial matter because territories are decided by military power.
(2)- A Jihadi political party is not new for India but Hindus can’t do it because in the first place they don’t want effective military power as it gives importance to warrior class (Kshatriyas) over clergy & traditional teaching class (Brahmins) that is why Balasaheb Thackeray could not succeed in creating such political party through Shiv Sena which could have kept both civilian & military power of the State under control of such Jihadi political party. Balasaheb could ask Chief Minister Manohar Joshi (controlling civilian power of police & administration) to step down (due to some alleged wrongdoing) but himself wanted to become President of India (as part of martial power of the State, as the Supreme Commander of Armed forces).
(3)- The Taliban should understand that in SAARC region three major religions namely Hinduism, Islam and Sikhism (which like other religions are getting immense wealth, land & landed properties, respect from their followers) failed during partition of India in 1947 when tens of millions of their followers were killed, injured, their properties & honor looted and destroyed, and had to forcibly leave their motherland. As far as Hinduism, even in the nineties and afterwards the Kashmiri Pandits were forced out from their motherland by terrorists but Hinduism is unconcerned about it. Hence the Taliban should endeavor to develop a religion (Afghani-Islam) which will use its political party to ensure that the civilian and martial power of the State protect the vital interests of the people.
(4)- This can be done by the Taliban because its Jihadis have acquired power in Afghanistan hence the Taliban is in a position to control not only the civilian (police & civil-judicial administration) but also the military power of the State. But it is easier said than done because as the saying goes in India ‘jo bhi Lanka me jata hai Ravan ban jata hai’ (whosoever goes in Lanka becomes Ravan). Hence these Jihadis after joining the military of Afghanistan may not remain Jihadis and may not function in the interest of the people. This problem can be solved only by launching a political party TPSA by Taliban which will initiate Jihad to constrain the security forces of the State (civilian or martial) in case they start oppressing the people.
(5)- As far as Muslim Pakistan & Bangladesh are concerned it should not be difficult for Taliban to bring them under Afghani-Islam but even Hindu majority India will easily come under it if Taliban declares that it will ensure the recovery of Rs 1,000 Trillion Income Tax (State-capital) which will be used to ensure ‘Legally Enforceable Minimum Support Price’ (LEMSP) for farm produce. Two third of India is fully or partly dependent on farm income and farmers were committing suicide in hundreds of thousand due to non-remunerative prices of farm produce hence they are agitating for their livelihood including by Dharnas (sit-ins) at Delhi borders since November end 2020. Farmers are demanding MSP mainly of presently 23 items (which farmers are demanding to increase to about 40 items including for fruits, vegetables, dairy products etc). Because these farmers are mostly from so-called oppressed and backward castes of Hindu order the Government of India (GoI) led by the BJP of Hindutva forces is not bothered about their well being.
(6)- Despite laws for MSP the private players will not purchase these items at MSP as despite ‘Minimum Wages Act’ the private contractors pay less than minimum wage and get signatures on minimum wage of the poor laborers. Same will be the fate of poor farmers also. (7)- Merely a better and honorable life to beleaguered two third of India (which is politically weak) will not be enough to motivate / constrain India for joining this FSD-MSAARC under Afghani-Taliban. Rather the Taliban will have to declare that (i)- It will solve the territorial problems of J&K, Balochistan, Durand Line by allowing referendum in these regions to either become independent countries or part as provinces of India or Pakistan to join the FSD-MSAARC (ii)- TPSA will endeavor to make Urdu (in Urdu script or in Devanagari script) as the working language FSD-MSAARC (in all the fields including in science & technology, engineering, allopathic medicines, Hospitals etc). This will empower the majority of the people. South Indians will be free to decide which language they want to work in (iii)- Federalism means all the civilian subjects (including natural resources) shall be with the States / Provinces whereas the Centre will have only martial subjects like defense, foreign affairs, currency, human rights, national transport & communication etc.
(8)- The Taliban must be knowing that Islam is the most modern religion because it worships the abstract which is in consonance with modern science & technology which gives preference to abstract over concrete (as father of modern science Copernicus proved in 16th century through observation & reasoning that senses are delusionary and Earth revolves round the Sun and not vice-versa). Hence the Taliban need not bother about the present preeminence in science & technology of the Western world (which is giving unprecedented power to the Christian West) because Islam will eventually catch-up due to worships the abstract . As far as human rights of the women (on which almost the entire world is trying to disparage the Taliban) the only thing the TPSA should declare in its constitution that it believes in the freedom of the women as Prophet Mohammad believed, so much so that His first wife Khadija was His employer and She was doing a reputed & successful business in Mecca.
(9)- But the Taliban will succeed in this mission of realizing FSD-MSAARC and then SAARC only when it musters the cooperation & help of the USA. No doubt there is wide gap between what the USA says and what it does as is evident even from UNGA speech of Prez Biden to name some (i)- Biden talked about denuclearization but doesn’t mind giving divine right to some countries to have nukes (ii)- Instead of supporting one-State solution, Biden supports the theocratic State of Israel which has forcibly displaced Muslim Palestinians from their mother land thus making their lives miserable (iii)- Biden talked about removing corruption from UN member countries but doesn’t constrain India to recover said Rs 1,000 trillion income tax despite ‘UN Convention against Corruption’ (iv)- Biden talked at length about Covid pandemic but has done nothing to launch UN investigation for the purpose of establishing protocols and SOPs for virus laboratories all across the world so that such pandemic doesn’t happen in future (v)- Biden talked about strengthening the UN especially for resolving international disputes, for freedom of navigation etc but doesn’t mind launching individual outfits like Quad, AUKUS, NATO etc. — Despite such hypocrisy and double talk by the USA the Taliban should take help and cooperation from the USA by taking advantage of Biden’s UNGA speech where he said that -”[The United States is ready to work with any nation that steps up and pursues peaceful resolution to shared challenges even if we have intense disagreements in other areas]”.
(10)- The Taliban should know that (i)- Due to forced & illegal population transfer on the basis of religion (illegal because there was no provision of population transfer in ‘Indian Independence Act 1947’), the partition of India is a legal fraud (which has thoroughly communalized Indian region and has caused many wars in the past and will cause many more in future, if not reversed). Therefore the ‘dual citizenship’ from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh to about 160 million Hindus, Sikhs and Muslims (who were forcibly & illegally displaced due to partition of India) is its solution (ii)- The plebiscite in united J&K (as mandated by IoA of J&K to India and also by UN resolution) and in Balochistan (who’s IoA was taken by Pakistan under military pressure) after ensuring both these territories free from outsiders is solution to their problems. But once the Taliban achieves FSD-MSAARC then these dual-citizenships and plebiscites will not be needed.
(11)- If India, Pakistan and Bangladesh refuses to go for the said FSD-MSAARC then the Taliban should talk to the people & authorities of SAARC region who want to realize SAARC and then (after giving time bound ultimatum to the UN) should take Jihadi-military action for ensuring these dual citizenships and plebiscites in the interest of constraining India, Pakistan and Bangladesh to fall in line for FSD-MSAARC
It is hoped that the Taliban will endeavor to lead first the FSD-MSAARC for Afghani-Islam in cooperation with USA (through UN) by launching its political party “Taliban Party of South Asia’ for bringing peace, prosperity and justice ultimately to SAARC region (especially to its economically humble people) which will go a long way (by setting an example) for the solution of the NAME region also, where hundreds of millions of Muslims are weeping and bleeding profusely.
