On the basis of a report in international media the defense magazines in India have published that the SADAT Paramilitary Mercenaries of Turkey are preparing to Attack India’s Kashmir India is grossly underestimating this threat when it says that – “[Turkey is now moving to the level of Germany of 1940, escaping the narrow confines of the Eastern Mediterranean in an attempt to implement the plan of reviving a powerful new Ottoman Empire. But the outcome of these plans will be exactly the same as that of Berlin in 1945 ]”. Rather India should take this matter serious in view of given below:-
(1)- Like any other religion, Islam also came in existence before the advent of secular democracy (without which the advance of modern science & technology is impossible to the extent it can). The Christian West (presently led by the leader of free world, the USA) achieved secularism by keeping State separate from religion whereas India also achieved it to some extent by adopting democracy with secular constitution (though it has been comprised due to communal prejudices of majority of Hindus born out of their bad experience of about one thousand years from 8th to 18th century with the Muslim invaders & rulers). But Muslim-world is still living in medieval mindset due to theocracy which it is practicing (whether democracy or no democracy) with the result millions of Muslims are weeping & bleeding profusely from Myanmar to NAME region.
(2)- Through out the history of mankind the powerful people have ruled the less powerful but the powerful Christian West is not ruling the Muslim world because:-
(i)- The Christian West has deep racial prejudices hence they don’t want to interact very closely with Muslims. This racial prejudice was the main reason that Britishers treated Anglo-Indians with contempt & disdain and left the politics to Indians like Gandhi, Nehru, Patel Azad, Jinnah, Suhrawardy, Liaqat Ali etc who not only broke the British empire but also trifurcated the motherland and which resulted in about 1 million killed and about 15 million displaced in most gory situation due to partition.
(ii)- The Christian West can afford to not rule the developing world because without taking the headache of ruling the ‘inferior mortals’ it can easily exploit them economically through the economic, financial, political systems which the West has planted all across the world. Moreover the Muslim-world is no security threat to the Christian West (notwithstanding 9/11 and other terrorist attacks which the West takes as a minor collateral cost)
(iii)- There is one more reason the Christian West is not interested in bringing succor to the Muslim world (which it can easily bring through the UN by enforcing democracy with secular constitution and a mechanism for enforcing human rights in these Muslim countries). Since the days of the crusades, the cries of suffering Muslims is music to the ears of the Christian West (like it is for Hindu majority India). The Christian West led by the USA has done it in a most sophisticated way through Israel where the West has killed two birds with one stone. The attention of the Jews has been diverted from the Christian West (which committed horrible crimes against Jews including during WWII by Germany) and at the top of it now the Jews are not only persecuting the Muslim Palestinians (who have been forced out from their native land) but through Israel-Palestine problem has created huge problems for the entire Muslim world.
(iv)- In none of the country of the Christian West the Muslims are in sizable minority hence it (especially when it is predominant power of the world) can afford to be dismissive about what ever happens to or thought by the Muslim-world.
(3)- But the situation of India is fundamentally different because (i)- Hindu majority India is not as powerful as the Christian West against Muslim-world (ii)- India in in SAARC region with about 650 million Muslim population (iv)- It is not merely Pakistan which wants to dismember India through Kashmir as revenge to what India did in 1971 when India created Bangladesh militarily, but Turkey and even the leader of Shia-Muslims, Iran are publicly supporting Kashmiris for increasing their credibility in Muslim-world which both Erdogan of Turkey & Ayatollah of Iran need for the stability of their shaking regime and at the top of it this emerging Muslim Block is being supported by newly emerged power, China
(4)- Therefore India should not only take this threat seriously but should also realize that this threat of Sunni-Caliphate will not go away unless India endeavors to bring secular democracy in Muslim world in a way that India will take lead to usher the South Asia in ‘Federation of Secular Democratic SAARC’ (FSDSAARC) and will persuade its strategic partner the USA to bring secular democracy to start with in the troubled countries of NAME region (like Syria, Yemen etc) by getting elections under secular constitution in these countries in the presence of ‘UN Peace Keeping Force’ and UN Election Commission’ (in these both India should offer to contribute manpower, what ever is required).
(5)- At the same, for achieving the above mentioned, India will have to do the following in the interest of making India economically powerful with genuine democracy & secularism :-
(A)- Writ petitions in the Supreme Court of India (SCI) about (i)- Legally expected restoration of status-quo-ante of Babri Mosque which was demolished in presence of observer of the SCI in 1992 (ii)- Plebiscite in united J&K as mandated by ‘Instrument of Accession’ by getting entire territory (including and especially with Pakistan) free from out-siders (along with working for plebiscite in Balochistan who’s IoA, unlike IoA of J&K, was obtained by Pakistan under military pressure and against resolution of its Parliament / Jirga) (iii)- Dual citizenship for about 160 million Hindus & Muslims of India, Pakistan and Bangladesh who were violently displaced due to illegal population transfer and which communalized the Indian subcontinent (iv)- Getting border dispute with China settled through ‘UN Judicial Commission’ because dispute with China (unlike dispute with Pakistan, which is political) is legal (v)- Getting discriminatory reservation laws quashed (vi)- Getting anti-conversion laws (which are against right to freedom of religion) quashed (vii)- Getting anti- cow-slaughter laws quashed as these are discriminatory because it protects religious sentiments of only Hindus (viii)- Quashing unconstitutional FRBM ACT and forfeiting all the public debts of Union & States governments which are above their consolidated funds in violation of Article 292 & 293 of the Constitution (ix)- Making all contributions to political parties transparent and prohibiting contributions to political parties by Limited Companies as natural persons (the shareholders) are there to contribute (x)- Recovering about Rs 1,000 Trillion income tax from about 1 million fake farmers
(B)- India should be prepared to not only use its military power if Pakistan refuses to carry-out plebiscite in united J&K and Balochistan (after removing outsiders from these territories) or if Bangladesh & Pakistan do not provide proper law & order and security to about 80 million Hindus who would visit or reside in these countries after acquiring said ‘dual citizenship’ but should also be prepared to launch mini-SAARC comprising India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and politically troubled Afghanistan post 9/11.
(C )- India should stop fooling its people and rest of the world by claiming it being emerging economic superpower and instead should understand that two thirds of its population (farm laborers + over 146 million landholders hence equal number of households) is partly or fully dependent on income from agriculture and in this sector hundreds of thousands of farmers have committed suicide in the last few decades (due to nonremunerative prices of the agriculture produce) which is the main cause of on-going farmer’s agitation. Hence the government should make ‘Minimum Support Price’ (MSP) legally enforceable along with a comprehensive ‘Public Distribution System’ (PDS) where GoI will have one outlet for every 1,000 people. This will require about 14 Lakh (hundred Thousand) shops / outlets (owned by the GoI) all over India which will require a commensurate network of godowns, cold storages, purchasing centers, transport facilities etc.
It is hoped that Hindu majority India will come out of its make believe world and will stop underestimating the threat from emerging anti-India Turko-Pak-Sunni-Caliphate and instead will take the initiative (without waiting for the USA to take the lead rather by persuading the USA to cooperate with India in this project) for bringing secularism in Muslim-world (directly to start with in mini-SAARC as one political entity led by India ).
