With a total area of twenty three kilometers and a population of sixty five thousand, there are a total of twenty seven islands in the island group, out of which only six islands are inhabited by humans. And it’s a very beautiful campus! Now on June 5, World Environment Day has been celebrated all over the world, there were government advertisements of one-page in the newspapers of the date that how are the environmental problems of our country? And what should be done to protect them?
Governments have many conflicting things. That aside, the rhetoric of environmental protection! But there are enough examples of indiscriminate cutting of forests, trees for the so called development! And if the common people protest then it is anti-development! By speaking, the government does its arbitrariness with the difference of price and punishment!
It is an archipelago within the Arabian Sea like Lakshadweep, 250 km from Kochi in Kerala! And it comprises 97% of the Union Territories of India, is a Muslim pluralistic region but is another island group similar to the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. And that too is full of natural beauty like the Andaman and Nicobar Islands! If you look above, there is a blue sky and if you look below, then the blue sea! And the forest of coconut trees is a total complex of population of less than one lakh! The beginning of human settlement on this island has started in the seventh century. And since then there is fishing and coconut farming for a living. And this is almost a mini copy of Kerala, the language is also Malayalam!
But since on 5th December 2020, Prafulla Khoda Patel as an administrator on behalf of the central government, the former Home Minister of Gujarat and BJP leader Lakshadweep by planning a plan to send it to Muslim pluralistic areas like Lakshadweep, he reached there beef within six months. To end the ban and liquor ban! By announcing the conflicting decision, another strange decision has been taken that if someone has more than two children, then he cannot be a candidate in the election (of local bodies). Anti-Social Activity Regulation Act on 29 January, in which there is a provision to keep any person in custody without trial for one year. Which is used more to implicate Muslims than to use against the goons of the Sangh who are involved in the Gujarat riots and against the mob lynchings in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana!
After that beef was banned from February 25 by notification. Whereas 97% of the population here is Muslim. Vegetarianism has been made compulsory in midday mill of government school. Now the slaughter of animals, selling and buying beef is banned. Earlier there was a ban on selling liquor, now it was given an open exemption! Under the 2021 Panchayat Exchange, there were rights of local bodies in areas like education, health, fisheries! By eliminating them, now no one with more than two children can contest in the elections of local bodies. And the village panchayat is the only unit in this island group in which elections are held. It is clear from this that the administrators want to keep all the powers in their hands.
According to the notification issued on March 28, the administration can declare any area as a planning area for development works. And gives the administration the right to take away, transfer, and control the rights of property in any area. This means mining, construction of national highway, railway, tramway etc. development works are being told. Which is another step in destroying natural wealth like this island group!
However, people fear that unbridled activities will cause immense damage to the natural and environment like the islands. And administrator Praful Patel intends to promote tourism by increasing private investment in this island group. And therefore the construction on the beach, the transportation of large ships and indiscriminate fishing will have a direct impact on the employment of the local people. But handing over the Kandla port to the Adani group in the name of so-called development in the whole of India for the last seven years of BJP has started before them! And from selling the country’s PSUs at throwaway prices to the fanaticism of implementing the new agriculture law, it has been happening for more than six months, despite the agitation of the farmers of India, the government is not getting confused! On which seventy five percent of the population of India is dependent.
So it is not a big deal to ignore Lakshadweep with a population of less than one lakh! And for the abolition of 370 of Kashmir, they also argue that it is necessary for the development of Kashmir! In fact, during the chief ministership of Narendra Modi, he had appealed to the people of the country in the 2013 elections by giving me a chance for such development by giving the name of the so-called Gujarat model! And due to being another name of Narendra Modi as Vikas Purush, Praful Patel has been deliberately sent to the Muslim pluralistic region like Lakshadweep only as a servant of Narendra Modi. In the same way, governors were elected electively to interfere in the affairs of all non-BJP governments all over India. And what is the governor of Bengal, Maharashtra doing? The whole country is watching this!
Almost all the Raj Bhavans have been converted into BJP offices as of today, so Praful Khoda Patel has been sent to Lakshadweep with a special goal. The present government of India is 100 percent corporate government! Even though it does not get tired of talking about the world’s plans in the name of the poor! But seeing the report of seven years shows that this government has come so far in the history of India. ! This is the first government that is only bent on changing all laws and rules for capitalist for capitalism! And their main goal is to change the Constitution of India, which gives some protection to the poor, that too in the name of so called development.
Liquor is banned in the Gujarat from which Praful Khoda Patel has gone! And in Gujarat elections there is no such law that if you have two children then you cannot contest elections! And as far as I can remember no such law has been implemented in any region of India!
Beef is not banned in all North-East states. Where is BJP government? And in the debate and debate of the TV channel, BJP spokesperson loudly claims that despite our party being in power, we have not banned beef in the North-East! Such a dubious party of Bharatiya Janata Party conveniently talks one thing at one place! So it’s another thing in another place!
And their matriarchal union in Kashmir and other parts of the country has been going on for more than a hundred years, mainly from Kashmir to the Muslim pluralistic region like Lakshadweep, its only agenda is to persecute the people of the minority community. It is also the sin of the Sangh Parivar to create Pakistan by barrister Mohammad Ali Jinnah by fueling the Hindu-Muslim dispute seventy four years ago by pushing them into an insecure mentality! Because his intellectual mentor Barrister Vinayak Damodar Savarkar’s book called Hindutva has served as the biggest written document for passing the Lahore Resolution! And despite this, India has the world’s number two Muslim population and Lakshadweep is 97%, Kashmir 90% and more than half of the population of many cities in India is Muslim pluralistic area! And by carrying out such developments, how many want to create more Pakistan by instigating the Muslim people?
In the same Gujarat from which Praful Patel has gone, the beginning of the tenure of the Chief Minister of the current Prime Minister has started with the famous Gujarat riots. And the fifty-six inch chest has flourished after killing more than two thousand Muslims!
But an act of treason to play with the unity and integrity of India by doing such communal politics! And the amazing thing is that the Sangh Parivar itself is doing the work of distributing the certificates of patriotism and sedition. And because of the same thing to a worker of Rashtra Seva Dal like me for more than fifty five years, less than fifteen years of my age it is against the minority community, through intellectual and sports, songs to a ten year old child. Due to repeated telling of Goebbels’s system, the malice like Narendra Modi, Amit Shah, Prafulla Khoda Patel in any walk of life have been fed up with the minority community since childhood in Bhagalpur, Gujarat, Muzaffarnagar, Meerut, Nelly, and From time to time, the only reason for taking the form of riots in any region of India is the education of the Sangh, which Justice Madan has clearly written in the investigation reporting of the Bhiwandi-Jalgaon riots! Who are the direct participants of the riots in any region of India? This is a myth, but the day-to-day training of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, which was established in Nagpur on October 1925, and the continued hatred against the minority community is the real reason for the riots!
Looking at all the decisions of Praful Khoda Patel in a Muslim pluralistic region like Lakshadweep, it seems that if he has been sent specifically for this purpose by the central government, then he is supporting alcohol for so called tourism! Beef Ban! Seeing the people who killed thousands of people in riots, arguing for saving cows, bulls, buffaloes, it seems that there is no cost to human life for them! But after coming to power in 2014 in the name of cow, the way Shekado people were killed in mob lynching! And no action has been taken against anyone under the so-called Goonda Act! But what is the justification for imposing Goonda Act in Lakshadweep where there is no hooliganism or law and order problem? There seems to be a direct intention to implicate Muslim youth in jails!
Therefore, I demand to immediately stop the irresponsible laws and rules of the man entrusted with administrative responsibility like the present Prafulla Khoda Patel in Lakshadweep!
