People in Pakistan are coming in large numbers on streets and in public meetings in support of former Prime Minister Imran Khan which is not surprising. In popular perception Imran was removed from office by no-confidence motion on April 10 due to alleged conspiracy by the USA. The Muslim world (including Pakistan) now a days is willing to believe any thing (rightly or wrongly) against the USA hence they will support any leader who is seen to be taking-on the USA. Even if this emotional out-pouring of Pakistanis is not short lived, Imran will achieve nothing in the interest of establishing Riyasat-e-Madina in Pakistan if tries to merely become Prime Minister of Pakistan, again. Therefore (assuming that Imran is really serious about Riyasat-e-Madina and is not using it merely as a tool to grab temporal power of Prime Ministership) Imran should try (while continuing with his public meetings in Pakistan) to strengthen his party ‘Pakistan-Tehreek-e-Insaf’ (PTI) for establishing Riyasat-e-Madina in the entire SAARC region through competitive Islam, as mentioned below :-
(A)- Imran should know that when as PM he couldn’t do anything worth the name in three & half years for economy, corruption, speedy justice etc [for ‘falahi-riyasat (welfare State) of Riyasat-e-Madina] then how would he do it even if he again becomes Prime Minister. Moreover Imran needs to realize that in any democracy people have to exert and take responsibilities and they can’t do anything directly but only through PARTICIPATORY political parties.
(B)- Imran should also understand that unless Pakistan not only gives-up theocracy and defensive attitude of ‘two nation theory’ but also tries to convert the entire SAARC region to modern Islam, whatever Imran is talking about Riyasat-e-Madina, Islam etc is merely a pipe dream and hollow rhetorics. Instead Imran along with the religious leaders of Islam can do it (i)- By making the Islam as competitive & up-dated Islam and (ii)- By giving-up defeatist attitude of Alama Iqbal, Jinnah etc who didn’t understand that Islam wants to convert Aryan dominated Indian subcontinent (as it dominated neighboring & border-sharing entire Aryan Iran and converted it to Islam) hence ran away from India and instead of converting Indian subcontinent to Islam [for which Muslims (like other religionists) are rightly pining] they confined their Muslim followers in a minuscule corner of Pakistan (East & West) which is against the spirit of Islam.
In order to convert the entire Indian subcontinent (SAARC region) to modern Islam (not through sword / coercion as was done in Iran but peacefully and out of free choice in contemporary human rights friendly world), Imran has to merely do the following:-
(1)- First and foremost Imran should understand that Islam is not only the most modern religion (because it worships the abstract hence is commensurate with modern science & technology) but it is also a simple religion which is its most difficult part (because it is difficult to be simple). Therefore Imran should not play any game in the name of Islam because there are people in this world who have not merely read Quran but has practiced also its basic principles. Hence if Imran tries to play games with Islam then it will be not only known to such real Muslims (though they may not be following organized Islam and may not be offering five times Namaz) but it may even invoke the wrath of Allah.
(2)- Imran should launch Tehreek-e-Insaf parties in all the countries of SAARC region. Because it is very easy to convert India (which is apathetic to the sufferings of socially lower castes, the so-called Dalits the SC & ST and backward castes ) to modern Islam hence first Imran should launch India-Tehreek-Insaf (ITI) and simultaneously should talk to the SAARC to develop a mechanism where these Tehreek-e-Insaf parties (similarly pan-SAARC other political parties) in SAARC countries will be registered at SAARC. Till SAARC develops such a mechanism, Imran can easily find some people in every SAARC country who will launch Tehreek-e-Insaf parties in their countries.
(3)- In every SAARC country (including in Pakistan) Imran should ask these Tehreek-e-Insaf parties to adopt the policy of secularism (which is sine-qua-non for free mind which is needed for the progress of powerful modern science & technology ) and inter party democracy where (i)- All the office bearers of the party shall be elected by members at grass-root from bottom to top and (ii)- The election of party candidates (for Parliament, Legislative Assemblies and Local Bodies) shall be financed by the party (because elected representatives tend to work for those who finance their elections).
(4)- In case of India it will be very easy for Imran to bring his party ITI in power at the Center, in States and in Local Bodies of India if ITI does merely the following (to start with):-
(i)- Two third of India is fully or partly dependent on farm income and farmers were committing suicide in hundreds of thousand due to non-remunerative prices of farm produce hence they were agitating for their livelihood including by ‘Dharnas’ (sit-ins) at Delhi borders since November end 2020 for over an year. Farmers basically want ‘Legally enforceable Minimum Support Price’ (LEMSP) of presently 23 items (which farmers are demanding to increase to about 40 items including for fruits, vegetable, dairy products etc) but the leaders of farmers and all the political parties in India are thoroughly compromised and are not demanding recovery of about Rs. 1,000 (Lakh Crore) Trillion income tax (about 45 % of over 2,200 Lakh crore) from about one million fake farmers who are politically powerful (as mentioned at http://www.newsnation.in/
(ii)- Imran has to merely ask the ITI to demand the LEMSP for about 40 items [with comprehensive infrastructure of public distribution System (PDS) for it which can be established with the financial resources of said huge State-capital of about Rs. 1,000 Trillion, where these 40 LEMSP Items shall be purchased and sold by the government through PDS] and then nothing will stop the ITI to dominate the political scenario of India.
(iii)- But Imran and ITI will achieve nothing if first the communal poison is not removed from the Indian subcontinent and Indo-China relations are not improved. Fortunately Imran can easily do it if ITI demands (to start with) – (i)- plebiscite in J&K and Balochistan (ii)- dual citizenship of about 160 million Hindus, Muslims & Sikhs (and their descendants) who were illegally displaced from Pakistan, India and Bangladesh during partition of India (iii)- solving of Indo-China legal border dispute (in contrast to political dispute between India and Pakistan over J&K) through UN Judicial commission and (iv)- making religious freedom a fundamental right (including in Pakistan where people can convert from Islam to any other religion peacefully and out of their free choice).
(5)- It does not require a genius of political science to know that once Imran and his party ITI succeeds in India (which presently is very easy) it will be very easy to bring the remaining SAARC region (including Sri Lanka which, thanks also to China, is facing economic collapse as it has already defaulted on its foreign debts) under the political dominance of his parties (the Tehreek-e-Insafs) in these countries.
Therefore instead of hankering after temporal power of Prime Ministership, Imran should utilize this opportunity (which Allah has given to him for a purpose) to bring the entire SAARC region not only under political dispensation of secular Riyasat-e-Madina but also under modern, progressive and competitive Islam for the benefit of its about 2 billion people.
